Global Hockey Series Hotel Policy
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, families, and teams, the Global Hockey Series (GHS) has implemented the following hotel policy. By registering for a GHS event, all teams agree to adhere to these guidelines.
- Stay-to-Play Policy
GHS is a Stay-to-Play tournament series. This means all participating teams are required to book accommodations through our official hotel partners. These partnerships ensure discounted rates, convenient locations, and amenities tailored for hockey teams.
- Booking Requirements
- Teams must book a minimum number of rooms as specified during registration.
- Individual reservations must be made by the deadline outlined for each event.
- Families should use the provided booking links or codes to secure their rooms.
- Room Blocks and Cancellations
- Teams will be provided with dedicated room blocks at select hotels.
- Cancellations or modifications must adhere to the policies of the individual hotels. Late cancellations may result in fees as outlined by the hotel.
- Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behavior while staying in the hotels. This includes:
- Respecting other guests and hotel property.
- Keeping noise levels appropriate, especially in the evening and early morning hours.
- Supervising minors to ensure their safety and adherence to hotel policies.
Any reports of misconduct may result in team penalties, including disqualification from the tournament.
