Global Hockey Series Policy on Tournament Balance Payments
All outstanding balances for participation in any Global Hockey Series (GHS) tournament must be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to the start of the tournament.
This policy ensures the smooth operation and organization of our tournaments, allowing us to provide the best possible experience for all participants.
Policy Details
1. Payment Deadline:
- All teams and individual players must fulfill their remaining balance by the 45-day mark prior to the start date of the tournament.
2. Payment Methods:
- Payments can be made via credit card, electronic transfer, or any approved method listed on the GHS website.
3. Failure to Comply:
- Teams or individuals with unpaid balances after the deadline risk forfeiture of their spot in the tournament.
- Reinstatement, if possible, may incur additional fees.
4. Communication:
- Reminders will be sent out at least 60 days and 45 days before.
5. Refunds:
- Refund policies for cancellations will be governed by the terms outlined at the time of registration.
